User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By requesting a video, you authorize us and our processing providers to use your uploaded content to generate and deliver that video. Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
Dance Credits and Outputs
Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal or a subscription. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active. The required credits are displayed before generation and reserved when you submit a task. Confirmed generation failures return those credits automatically. When a submission cannot be confirmed, credits remain reserved during reconciliation; keep the video ID shown in your history when contacting support.
AI results can vary and may contain visual errors. Review output before sharing. Preview clips are dance references, not a promise of identical generated output. Download your completed videos within 14 days. Approved full payment refunds reverse the credits from that purchase; this may reduce your available balance. For purchase or task assistance, use our contact form.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
- Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
